Surpringly sumptuous food is always on the menu. Canyon Ranch includes all meals and a long list of interesting activities. Portions are smaller than a normal restaurant – typically the meat or fish is 3 Ounces. Alcohol is not offered and I did not miss it.
It has been 10 years since I attended Canyon Ranch. I thought I would forget all the procedures, but it was like getting back on a bike.
